01. Pre orders

When will my order ship?

Generally, pre orders start shipping mid-late July.

You can expect to hear from us via email with updates and ship dates regarding your pre order. If you haven’t heard from us in a bit, shoot us an email and we’ll let you know more details.

Why should I pre order a planner?

When you pre order a planner, you’re ensuring you get what style you want! Once we get our stock for the season we don’t usually restock. #firstcomefirstserve

Because we don’t take out loans to run our business, the pre order season enables us to  provide quality products at affordable prices #thankyou🤗

02. Ordering

I’m having trouble checking out…

If you’re not seeing all the shipping options or aren’t being prompted to the next step to complete your purchase, email us right away and we’ll be able to finalize your order for you.

03. Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally within 3-5 business days. 
$8 flat rate shipping.
Free shipping over $50

International Shipping

If you’d like to purchase from abroad and aren’t seeing the option to complete your purchase, shoot us an email help@shaatraclub.com and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Where is my package?

Once your order is in the USPS carrier’s care, we’re no longer in control of what happens. USPS doesn’t provide us with any more details than they provide you with the tracking information.

If it’s been longer than a week since you received tracking info, reach out to us and we’ll see how we can help!

04. Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the planner being dated, sales are final.
If your order came damaged or you’re missing pages from your insert pack, please email help@shaatraclub.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
